Molecular Immunology, Phage display, Antibodies engineering, Autoimmunity.
My main research focus is on generation of novel recombinant antibodies directed to auto reactive T cell epitopes associated with autoimmune diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis. These are unique tools for studying Ag-presentation and are being developed as potential diagnostic and immunotherapeutic agents for a variety of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
