My main research focus is on generation of novel recombinant antibodies directed to auto reactive T cell epitopes associated with autoimmune diseases such as Type 1 Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis. These are unique tools for studying Ag-presentation and are being developed as potential diagnostic and immunotherapeutic agents for a variety of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
